For business

Start free. Go further only if it's earning its keep.

A staged pathway rather than a package. Most businesses get real value from the first two steps alone — the later stages exist for teams that want the workflows built and maintained properly.

Illustrative examples

What a workflow actually looks like.

These are generic examples built from common Australian service-business patterns — not case studies or customer claims.

Cleaning business

  1. 1Enquiry arrives by email or web form
  2. 2Classify: quote, reschedule, complaint or spam
  3. 3Draft a reply using your standard wording
  4. 4Schedule a follow-up if there is no response
  5. 5Save job notes back into the customer record

Trades

  1. 1Quote request comes in with photos and a vague description
  2. 2Summarise the job into scope, access and materials
  3. 3Draft the questions you still need answered
  4. 4Produce a quote checklist so nothing is missed
  5. 5Send follow-up if the quote is not accepted in a week

NDIS / service provider

  1. 1Rough session or visit notes typed or dictated
  2. 2Structure them against your usual reporting format
  3. 3Produce a plain-language summary for the client
  4. 4Generate the admin checklist for the coordinator
  5. 5You review and approve before anything is filed or sent

Small office

  1. 1Emails and PDFs land in a shared inbox
  2. 2Extract dates, amounts, names and requested actions
  3. 3Build a follow-up list ordered by due date
  4. 4Draft the routine acknowledgements
  5. 5Flag anything unusual for a person to handle
